Jesse Pomeroy 

On July 18, 1874, Boston workmen discovered the body of a 10 year-old girl in a basement. 14 year-old Jesse Pomeroy, who was already imprisoned and awaiting trail for the murder of a 4 year-old boy, confessed to the murder. When convicted, Jesse Pomeroy became the youngest killer in Massachusetts history.
